Club Overview

Imagine having an immersive experience in a 3D Virtual Reality world and what if your child could develop this. This clubs enables your children to design their own Augmented reality apps and Virtual reality interactive world through the process of storytelling, designing and coding.​

The primary focus of this club is to explore one’s imagination and through extended reality, learn how to implement this via real world applications so that others can experience it too.

From immersive experiences to providing simulation and therapy in health, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) collectively known as Extended Reality (XR), make it possible to go beyond the realm of what was previously thought.

Over 5 sessions, children will be introduced to the basics of Augmented reality and Virtual Reality as well as the differences between the two.

By exploring different apps, your kid will understand the intricacies of augmented reality and how it impacts our day to day lives. We follow this up with an intro to different AR tools and children learn how to create a simple AR experience and also build apps, whether it’s trivia or a story app and share it with their friends/family.

Using CoSpaces, students also learn to develop their VR experience where they can use their own imagination to build a 3D world with interactive characters via stories/games.

This club is designed by experts from Imperial College London, Royal College of Art, London and National Institute of Design, India.
